Thermal management is critical for outdoor displays operating under high temperatures and extended working conditions. In this airflow visualization test, CNLC uses smoke to make the internal airflow path visible and demonstrate how the cooling design works.
Fresh air enters through the bottom air intake and first passes through a dust filter to help reduce the entry of dust and debris. The filtered air then moves upward through a dedicated internal air duct, while an independent front cooling channel helps remove heat from the screen surface. Heated air is finally discharged through the top exhaust system.Under the tested configuration, the airflow circulation from intake to exhaust can be completed in approximately 2–3 seconds, helping continuously move heat out of the enclosure and reduce prolonged heat accumulation.
This test provides a visual demonstration of how airflow design, filtration, cooling channels, and exhaust work together as part of CNLC's outdoor display thermal management approach.
